FAQDo you take new patients?

Yes, we are always ready to welcome a new patient to our practice!!! If the information that you need answered is not on the website please call the office so that we may speak to you personally.

Do you take my insurance plan?

We are not signed up with any specific dental insurance plans. We are a Delta Dental Premier Provider. We are not a PPO provider under any of the insurance plans. However if you have a PPO you are able to come to our office but your benefit will change. Every plan is different but in general it will be an additional cost to you to have services provided at our office. Most of our patients that have a PPO plan are comfortable to pay the small extra out of pocket expense.

What age do you see children?

We are not a Pediatric office, however we enjoy seeing children. Most of our younger patients are 5 and older. We very much enjoy having families in our dental practice. The doctors and staff are welcoming to the younger patients to ensure that their experience is positive. However if the doctors deem that a special pediatric office would be better for the patient we have referrals. That decision is made if necessary and in the best interest of the child.

Does your office perform extractions and / or root canals?

As with the prior question we are not a specialty office for oral surgery or endodontic therapy. We will in certain situations perform some extraction and root canal procedures. However most of those treatment plans are referred to our very competent oral surgeons and root canal specialists offices. We work with the best specialists in the area and have every confidence in their care of our patients. As always the patients best treatment is our prime concern.

Do you take payments?

Dental care is of course an investment in your health. We are very aware of the rising costs of health and dental treatment. We do offer our patients the option to make payments through CareCredit. It is a specific financing option that is simple to apply for in the privacy of your own home online. For more information CareCredit 24 hour assistance number 866-893-7864. Our office also takes most major credit cards Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover for your convenience.

What can I expect on my first visit?

We offer to our patients the best in dental health and care. It is always the best beginning to dental health with a complete health history and current X-ray films. We are able to provide for our new patients a complete set of film and full exam noting any and all dental treatment history. We have digital X-ray technology to minimize radiation received. As part of our exam an oral cancer screening is provided giving our patients the confidence that they are receiving a complete and thorough examination.
